Throughout the years I’ve focused on building sustainable email marketing campaigns by prioritizing list health, deliverability, and effective lifecycle flows for several brands. From warming up sending domains and maintaining strong engagement metrics to driving measurable revenue growth through targeted flows, I aim to maintain sustainable email strategies that protect sender reputation while driving consistent performance.
Email Account Warm-Up Strategy
I led a Klaviyo account warm-up initiative to build sender reputation and ensure long-term deliverability for the new account. This process involved gradually sending campaigns to a small, highly engaged segment of the email list to establish trust with inbox providers. Over the course of 10 weeks and 10 strategic sends, I successfully maintained strong open and click-through rates while safely scaling outreach and revenue.

Deliverability & List Health Optimization
In February of 2024, I began working on another brand’s account that had a very large email list where many profiles were not engaged. I was able to improve and maintain deliverability by cleaning the active profiles list with a sunset flow, then prioritizing sends to engaged subscribers. By removing inactive or unresponsive profiles, we reduced bounce and spam rates, which is critical for protecting sender reputation and ensuring future campaigns reliably reach the inbox.

Revenue Growth Through Lifecycle Flows
When I began working with this brand, I was able to increase email-attributed revenue by 15 percent through the implementation of an abandoned checkout flow and a sunset flow. The abandoned checkout flow recaptured potential lost sales by reminding customers of items left behind, while the sunset flow helped preserve list quality by giving unengaged subscribers a final opportunity to remain opted in or adjust their email preferences before suppression.
