From September 2022 through early February 2025, I managed and optimized Amazon marketing efforts for a consumer brand, with a focus on improving visibility, ad performance, and conversions. During this time, I enhanced key product listing elements, including product imagery, titles, bullet points, and detail pages, to strengthen discoverability and support both organic and paid advertising initiatives.
In late September 2024, I led a strategic update to the A+ content for the top-selling products. Following this update, one product in particular experienced a 140% increase in ad impressions, shown below in green, along with a corresponding increase in orders placed, shown below in orange.

My Strategy: My approach centered on customer education and building trust. I analyzed customer reviews and product questions to identify recurring concerns and information gaps, then created visually driven content to clearly communicate key product features in a modern, accessible format. To further support performance, I incorporated high-impact SEO keywords sourced from search query data, ensuring the updated content aligned with customer intent while improving discoverability.
