Raised revenue attributed to email 15% by implementing an abandoned checkout flow and a sunset flow. The abandoned checkout flow was designed to send an email out to those who may have forgotten about items in their cart, catching sales that may have been lost otherwise. The sunset flow is designed to send one or two last emails out to unengaged profiles before they are suppressed from our account. This allows customers who are still interested in our brand to stay on our marketing list or change the amount of emails they receive.
